UTRGV Messenger is provided as a service for posting official University news and announcements. To create a bulletin, you must be a University employee or an officer of an official University group. Bulletin submissions are approved by designated approvers from each University Division.
Submissions will be rejected or removed if content:
- Is in violation of UTRGV or UT System policies or current laws.
- Is not official University news or announcements under your department's responsibility.
- Is considered offensive or contains links to third-party websites with questionable content.
- Expresses personal points of view or opinions.
